the Village Bistro is also the center of activity in the

 The
Village Bistro has expanded its choices of Omelets! There
are now ten different Omelets from which to choose and you
can order a Platter, which includes Home Fries and Toast, or
have your Omelet on a Roll or all by itself.
Editor's Note: I usually refrain
from editorializing on items like this, but in this case, I
have to tell you more. I always thought an Omelet was an
Omelet. Some better than others, but it’s still an Omelet.
Well, since I discovered the new list of Omelets available
at the Village Bistro, I’ve tried many of them. These are
the best Omelets I’ve ever had at any restaurant at any
price. I don’t know what the gang in the Bistro’s kitchen is
