The Village Hall is the Village's nerve center. It's the place where all
"behind the scene" things take place that make the Village what it is.
If you have a question about the Village, these are the people to ask
and, if you've ever had to deal with any governmental agency on an
official level before, you're in for a very pleasant experience. They
are the best!

Bellport Village Budget Meeting Recap
The
Village Board met and passed the Budget for the 2009/2010 fiscal year on
Monday, April 6th. The significant change from the budget, as published on Bellport.com,
was an additional tax increase of 2 cents per hundred so that the Village
can provide guard service at Mother's Beach and so there won't be cutbacks
in Code Enforcement coverage.
Additionally, The Board decided that anyone who had their name on the Marina
Boat Slip List prior to April 7, 2009, would have their $100 deposit
refunded if they decide to not take a slip when their name finally comes up
on the list. From April 7, 2009 on, the $100 is a fee to have your name put
on the list and the $100 will not be refundable should you decide to not
take a slip when your name finally comes up.
